I have a soft spot for some teams, ans respect for some. I wondered if I was alone.

 

Crewe

Notts Forest

Burnley

wycombe wanderers

swansea

WBA

west ham

fulham

yeovil

 

some are from going to ground, others are from afar, and others I don't even know why!

For me it always changes depending on the manager and the ex-liverpool players in their team (or if they have ex-scum in their which would tilt the balance the other way)

Ajax, because they always seem like a proper team in the history of football

 

Milan, because despite all the Berlusconi bad taste of the present, I so wish we had played them back in the day, and they have had some genuinely iconic players in my lifetime.

 

At one point, Ipswich, because of fond memories growing up of a title race with them, of the likeableness of Bobbie Robson, Since when they've had the temerity to beat us at Anfield under Burley, employed nightmare fat head former bluenose managers, and now I take some sweet satisfaction of how it's all going wrong for them this season.

 

Like the OP, Forest, I like them, even though they hate us.

 

Gladbach, for all sorts of reasons.

 

Brondby, because they're a proper football team who reflect well upon their community.

I can just about stomach Crewe.

 

Most of the rest are scum from a stinking cesspit of evilness.

 

The remainder of the rest are even worse.

Bristol City,Swindon Town and Gloucester City AFC..... just because there my local teams... Liverpool will always be my true love though!

 

 

I owe my Scouse Grandfather alot.. i could be supporting Cheltnham Town or someone!

I hate them all, some more than others though.

 

 

Hate is a very strong word to use. So its the Liverpool thing you buy into rather than football as a sport.

I only hate one team. almost as much as I love my team.

I like Oldham as its my home town and I like Portsmouth as I used to go and watch them when I lived there.

Barcalona as well.

Miami Dolphins and the Chicago White Sox. :)

Thank f*** for United and Barca cause the rest are s***.

Leeds- Because my Dad supports them and they're not a threat (was brought up with "you have a choice of 91 league clubs to support but if you support the Mancs you're being adopted at the age of 4!!)

West Brom- Have always tried to play in the right way

Fulham- As above except for the Sanchez era

Milan- Van Basten

Barcelona- Always brilliant to watch

Hammarby (my local team in Stcokholm)

 

Used to have a soft spot for Milan (Van Basten, Gullit etc)

Barcelona (Zlatan! he he)

 

 

oh and the Cicago Bears (1985!!)
