I ran a 5k last night after a while of doing absolutely no exercise,and was wondering what sort of times people on here would do it in,so that I can figure out whether I should be going much faster,which is probably the case.

 

Obviously,this is only targeted at those of you that actually run,so save the sarcy "3hrs and 20 mins" responses please!

 

I did it in 26 mins and 10 secs yesterday,and am hoping to get that down to under 25 minutes tonight.Does anybody have a clue as to whether that's decent or horrible?
