George Gillett is going to be at Melwood tomorrow morning, and is then going to the Academy.

If you want to get down there to either place and make it 'known' to him he isn't welcome, be my guest.

After that, we will still be meeting at the Solly at 1pm.

Tom and George - Not Welcome Here!

Gillett pictured at Anfield

Liverpool co-owner George Gillett was bracing himself for a stormy reception from fans when he attended Anfield for his club's encounter with Hull City.

As our exclusive picture shows Mr Gillett had pre-match, pitchside discussion with members of the Anfield managament team, including Rafa Benitez.

The American was expected to watch the match from the directors' box but his arrival has was not greeted with a warm welcome.

Supporters' union Spirit of Shankly have demonstrated their frustration over the Reds financial predicament on a number of occasions due to the club owing hundreds of millions to banks Wachovia and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Gillett is on Merseyside to discuss opening club academies across the Middle East which, reports in Saudi Arabia suggest, are part of an agreement with the Kop owners to sell a share of the club to Prince Faisal Khaled, owner of sports investment company FX, who was also expected to be at Anfield.

Gillett and his partner Tom Hicks have reportedly agreed to build two centres of excellence, which will have a similar set-up to the club's Kirkby base, in the biggest cities in Saudi Arabia.

Angry supporters confronted Gillett when he visited the club's Melwood training base this morning and was quickly moved to the youth academy in Kirkby where he was confronted by more fans but ClickLiverpool can reveal he spoke with one disgruntled fan before arriving at Anfield.

At 2.05pm several hundred supporters gathered in the Main Stand car park, facing the Directors' Box and broke out into chant of "Yankee go home" and "you're not welcome any more" and held up banners proclaiming "Yank liar$ out" and "Tom and George tell lie$"

I think I may have found the stumbling block.

 They'll start building as soon as the economic climate allows. They're confident the centres of Excellence will be ready by 2135
