drdooom Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I just want to go on the record saying it makes me sick to see Alonso and Arbeloa celebrate a goal with Ronaldo.
Ronnie Whelan Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Pretty sickening alright. I hope they would also celebrate the breaking of his leg.
Eiler99 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 It makes me sick to see Ronaldo full stop
BDB Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 DirecTV is awesome here.Every game live, and all in HD - Well except the Chelsea one. there's even one screen where you get 8 games in 8 boxes. Sweet!
Rory Fitzgerald Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Didnt see it, I am currently watching Owen and 10 of his team mates not celebrating goals - that will do for me so far. Yes, I know I jinxed it
Eiler99 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 (edited) Zürich just scored twice in a few mintues against Real. 3-2 now. Real were under pressure and still had four men standing on the half way line starring at their team mates who were trying to defend. They'll look amazing going forward this season but if teams take the game to them, they'll struggle. No work ethic at all from the front four. Edited September 15, 2009 by Eiler99
stressederic Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 That new Real Madrid sound strangely familiar
Shirohana Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Didnt see it, I am currently watching Owen and 10 of his team mates not celebrating goals - that will do for me so far.Yes, I know I jinxed it

Sion Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 (edited) Noticed Zurich scored 2 almost straight after Alonso was subbed. co-incidence? I bet he becomes one of them players their fans don't like because he does a brilliant, but fairly boring job. Edited September 15, 2009 by Sion
drdooom Posted September 15, 2009 Author Posted September 15, 2009 Super Pippo Inzaghi is still the happiest goalscorer in the world.
Benzo-13 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 worst goalkeeping ever. Was like he was telescopic and shrunk himself down!!!
Tosh Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Super Pippo Inzaghi is still the happiest goalscorer in the world. From the Beeb "...in Marseille - it's a small miracle they are even playing against AC Milan. Good news for the visitors, though, as Pippo Inzaghi stays onside for just long enough to convert Clarence Seedorf's left-wing cross."
Benzo-13 Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Super Pippo Inzaghi is still the happiest goalscorer in the world.I hate him.
Ronnie Whelan Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I hate him. Same here. I would take pleasure in beating that stupid face with a mallet.
LondonLiverpoolFan Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 (edited) Did any of you see Flamini's challenge? How the f*ck was that only a booking? Edited September 15, 2009 by LondonLiverpoolFan
Nebraska Red Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 (edited) to those who hate Inzaghi, a big fat raspberry. he may not be the most likeable player, but he can score goals in the box. tap ins from 2 inches to 6 yards are his speciality and he seems to have an uncanny knack of just being in the right place. his move ahead of the defender tonight was subtle, but deadly as he just turned the ball past the keeper. 1or 2 away from the European goal scoring record, or so I heard. i had the Madrid game on the split screen and nearly threw up when Arbeloa started hugging and tonguing placcy. nausea forced me to turn it off. Nebraska Red Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Did any of you see Flamini's challenge? How the f*ck was that only a booking? i think the ref used a bit of common sense and took account of the monsoon weather conditions. of course had it been against the Mancs, straight red.
Coyler Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Still sometimes feels like Alonso is away on international duty or something.
