I'm surprised more Anelka shirts are being sold than Gerrard ones.

his brothers are responsible for about 50% of those sales though. it's like when cliff richard buys half of his own singles to get a christmas number 1.

so anelka shifted more bolton shirts than kevin davies? norravintha.

he moved to chelsea in jan 2008

still struggle to find the list credible mind

anelka's never been liked by anyone anywhere, so who the hell buys shirts with his name on? bolton, chelsea, france. be surprised if he shifted more than a dozen in total.

And once Real Madrid see this, there will be war!

Sure they base most of their signing's on who sells the most shirts.

I know its from 2008, but it is still surprising that not 1 Madrid player is on the list

This is list of subsidesports.com's 'world wide' sales ~a year ago.

It is still a British vendor, albeit with a website with a few other country versions. Why would anyone pay s***loads in shipping fees when you could just as well buy a shirt from a domestic store? I'd still claim a large majority of their sales are made inside the UK and those costumers that do buy their stuff from abroad are probably British as well. Hence the worthlessness of that list.

In Singapore at the moment and have seen only a couple of club shirts that weren't Liverpool ones. Was pretty surprised to be be honest. I assume its something to do with the friendly.

We've always had a strong supporter base in Singapore. There's been an independently run "club shop" there for years.

Indonesia is frighteningly full of Manchester United propoganda. Everywhere you go, there are huge billboards of Rooney, Ferdinand, Giggs, Ferguson advertising 3 Mobile. There are loads of Manchester United Cafe/Restaurants in the major towns and cities. Most of the locals, even non-football fans know the "MU" brand.

My Missus goes out to Jakarta and Bang dong every couple of years on a teacher exchange, and says there is a large LFC themed internet cafe thing in Jakarta, and some sort of LFC place in Bang dong too - she couldn't tell if that was a cafe or a shop or what though, as she was driving past it at the time.

Haven't been myself, so couldn't say beyond her info - she knows our players, kit and badge well enough though, so I reckon she's right. She and another teacher hired a taxi with a guide to go and see the local markets and the taxi was basically an Anfield shrine - the whole inside was covered in LFC bits and memorabilia.
