Keita Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 From LFC globe, s*** source but quotes. apologies If this has been posted elsewhere. Liverpool winger reveals Benitez row September 4, 2009 Liverpool winger Albert Riera has admitted Rafa Benitez and him have had a row in the past few weeks. Riera revealed he has been unhappy at Liverpool this season after failing to get a regular starting place however, he insists everything is now okay between the duo. He told Spanish reporters on Thursday: “I didn’t play the first game because I started training late after the Confederations Cup, like Reina and Torres. “I was angry and had a scuffle with Benitez, but the day I don’t get angry for only being a substitute I will retire from the game. Everything is okay now though.” According to reports, Barcelona were also interested in the winger’s services. “I will not deny that it was something that interested me, that is true,” he added. “In due time I would like to return to Spain.”
ali Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 that's absolutely nothing like the article in AS
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 that's absolutely nothing like the article in AS Why don't you post the broken English translated version so we can spend hours trying to decipher it?
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 No he isn't He really is. Your lack of football knowledge is a likely stumbling block.
stressederic Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 He really is. Your lack of football knowledge is a likely stumbling block. Well I'm glad we cleared that up
Damian_de Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 He really is. Your lack of football knowledge is a likely stumbling block. He so obviously isn't s***, and is a great example of brings more to the team than his ability might suggest. We stepped up as soon as he came into the side last season.
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 He's crap and slow as a mule. Providing 'balance' is not enough. Barca in for him? Haha.
Albertini Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 He's crap and slow as a mule. Providing 'balance' is not enough. Barca in for him? Haha. So why if he's "crap" does he play as a regular in the Spain side when they could choose to play Vicente, Silva or Mata there?
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 So why if he's "crap" does he play as a regular in the Spain side when they could choose to play Vicente, Silva or Mata there? They've all been injured. Andy Sinton played reguarly for England - what's your point exactly?
kop205 Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 So why if he's "crap" does he play as a regular in the Spain side when they could choose to play Vicente, Silva or Mata there? Don't bother engaging the whopper in debate. He'll be banned before the night is out I'd imagine anyway.
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Don't bother engaging the whopper in debate. He'll be banned before the night is out I'd imagine anyway. Put me on ignore and then proceed to follow me around and tell everyone how you have me on ignore.
Albertini Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Don't bother engaging the whopper in debate. He'll be banned before the night is out I'd imagine anyway. Yep, can't be arsed with this tool.
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Just shows how far our standards have fallen - on and off the pitch - when mediorce carthorses like Riera are our first choice left sided player after 6 seasons in the job.
Zoob Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 wow, we must have had all of 5 days without Chunk before he returned. Again.
kop205 Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Put me on ignore and then proceed to follow me around and tell everyone how you have me on ignore. Sounds like you're the one who has been following people around, d****ead. No need to out you on 'Ignore' as you won't be here long enough to bother about anyway. Even if I did, others would still quote you so as I;ve found with others there is no escape - so i might as well have my bit of fun out of it by pointing out when they talk s****. Not every time of course, there isn't enough time in the day, but every so often.
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 No need to out you on 'Ignore' as you won't be here long enough to bother about anyway. Whatever gets you off. As it certainly isn't a woman, eh...
kop205 Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Whatever gets you off. As it certainly isn't a woman, eh... f***ing hell, are you the ghost of Oscar Wilde? Stunning wit. Stop projecting your own self-loathing onto others.
beatstreet Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Uh huh, it's amateur psychology hour. I bet his non existant bird digs that...
BG Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Uh huh, it's amateur psychology hour. I bet his non existant bird digs that... You come across as a tiresome petty little man/boy.
Zoob Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Uh huh, it's amateur psychology hour. I bet his non existant bird digs that... You really, really want a girlfriend, and you are sick and tired of the rejection. life is tough. There are actually support groups out there. Rather than clog this board up with immature attention seeking nonsense, maybe you should find a life in the real world so that you can have real, (and hopefully non-confrontational) interaction, instead of trying to satisfy your emotional needs by repetitively annoying and boring us all.
kop205 Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 Uh huh, it's amateur psychology hour. I bet his non existant bird digs that... Says the man who is so insecure in his sexuality that the first insult he can think of is 'you're gay' - which, to continue the amateur psychology suggests either that (a) you are 8 years old or (b) it is you who are gay and struggling to deal with it or © both of the above. Sadly, despite your fantasises to the contrary, I can't really empathise with b) or c) but hopefully you'll learn to love yourself for who you are.
