ynwa.tv Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Down Memory Lane Meet the Referee Double Agents
Swagger Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Its time to bury the enormously frustrating game there last season, when we should have been three or four up at the beginning of the second half yet ended up losing. Three points for the visitors.
Sion Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 f*** tottenham. f*** their fans, f*** their wobbly faced manager, f*** their overhyped english squad. Will be livid if we lose this.
CarraLegend Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 (edited) This is gonna be annoyingly tough, they didnt lose at home to any of the top 4 last season and somehow had the best defensive record in the league at home. Be brilliant for confidence to start with a win and get a tough away out of the mix. Gerrard 33mins 3mins added time Crouch 95minsKeane pen 98mins All after : Man Utd 1 Birmingham 0, Barry Ferguson OG 103mins Edited August 14, 2009 by CarraLegend
yellow jumper Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 is it just me or have we either started or finished our season with a game against spurs for about the last decade?
Swipe Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 It'll be a tough game but we can get at them. We've enough to expose their defence.
Clay Davis Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 f*** tottenham. f*** their fans, f*** their wobbly faced manager, f*** their overhyped english squad. Will be livid if we lose this.My sentiments exactly. "Harry's Spurs" can f*** right off.
adiman Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Tottenham (Probable, 4-4-2): Gomes; Corluka, Bassong, King, Assou-Ekotto; Palacios, Jenas, Modric, Lennon; Crouch, DefoeWorries about Defoe's poaching ability aside, we should batter that rabble. 0-8
Bo Benn Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 is it just me or have we either started or finished our season with a game against spurs for about the last decade? Only the last couple of seasons and once more in the last ten years. Been six season ago since we last started our league campaign at home though (a game did lose mind).

Swagger Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 I am ashamed to reveal that in the last couple of days I've dreamed twice about this game. In the first dream, Johnson cut in from the right and scored with a beautiful curling left foot shot to take us 3-1 ahead, and in the second, Torres scored a hattrick in a 4-2 win.

Rory Fitzgerald Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 What about Keane, I would have thought he was more likely to play than Defoe or Crouch.
Sion Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 What about Keane, I would have thought he was more likely to play than Defoe or Crouch. Wouldn't be surprised if Arry plays all 3, with Keane either wide left or in the Gerrard position.

Nebraska Red Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 we should be more concerned at the defence we are likely to put out. the injury list is piling up and it looks like we have no Riera, no Gerrard, no Agger and only 1 of Carra and Skrtel.
Hassony Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 carry, skrtel and gerrard will all play. And reira is fit and available as well. We will win 7-1

Sion Posted August 15, 2009 Posted August 15, 2009 and you know this for a fact, or was it a dream? FYI, I dreamt we won with last minute Torres winner (header from 6 yards)This coupled with Hassony's fact, means a surefire win.
