Spike Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 Have been playing this with a few mates over a number of drink and BBQ fuelled weekends. Initially our wicket was the lid from one of thise recycling tubs/bins and the bat was made from a cut up skirting board with sellotape around the handle. We had markers up the wicket for a 2,3,4 and 6 and if you hit it over the fence you're out I'm leading wicket taker and run scorer. On a new game tonight with a proper bat, wicket and a hardball. Have just bought some trellis to operate at slip and silly mid off, my mate's making a plyboard wickie and we'll be attaching some £1 rubber car steering covers as hands so if you hit it through or on them you're out. Bring it on
