I watched the Newcastle Chelsea game earlier. Within 15 minutes of the start, the beer bellied asses had stopped waving their shoes and sat back down on their hands. Their team is on the verge of going down, their plastic hero has returned and nothing, absolutely nothing.

All the way through the game you could hear Liverpool fans giving everything but 20 minutes after the game you could still hear them singing as loud as ever. I was waiting for the stadium anouncer to ask them if they had no homes to go to.

The whole thing just makes you believe.

Couldn't help reacting to the number of our away fans at CC. Do they have an exceptionally large away fans allocation or does it just look like a lot of people because that section covers the whole of that side?

it was awesome when they had a shot with the fans in the backround doing the torres bounce, next time the ball went out they had a camera on the stands watching it.

Great stuff today !

There must have been many, many more traveling Reds in Craven Cottage than the typical allotment, as the spectators' celebration for the score were visible in every stand. I don't imagine that the jumping around and arm waving was the exhibition of FFC supporters.

I particularly like the zoomed in shot of a blond girl doing the bounce

she drinks in the same pub as me before home games......she is alright she is

I was sitting watching the game in the 11th St bar in New York.,the shots of the crowd bouncing to the Torres song set the whole bar off.

It was a very lively end today.

It really did go banzai at the end, and a remarkable spontaneous outpouring of "we're gonna win the league" over and over again. left after 20 mins and you could still hear it going strong as you walked across the park away from the ground.

a truly remarkable thing.

I saw that face and thought that looks like Liam Neeson. Was it on the left? But how could he dress his boys in blazers and chinos????

It was feckin brilliant today. We stayed back for about 30 mins at the end singing.

Oh and Celeb spot of the day was Liam Neeson in a box above our fans. He was celebrating and singing along at the end.

I kept thinking "right we're going to sing something else in a minute" Surely YNWA or something is going to get an airing.

But no, "we're going to win the league" over and over and over again.

We did sing YNWA in the end. I think that's when most people decided to finally leave the ground!

Ha! I suppose it had to happen.

I was all for sticking around for longer but the others wanted to get back to the pub.

that was fecking madness at the final whistle. Random punters grabbing & hugging each other. I'm hoarse as feck today. Phoned my brother at 7.40, still in the ground, belting it out. I reckon we didn't leave until about 7.55

Even if we don't win the League, that'll be one fecking brilliant memory in the memory banks

Is it widescreen?

Dispensary in Liverpool was packed as loads came in to see the National and the game. Place f***ing exploded when the goal went in.
