They have been beating the mediocre teams that has been put in front of them and fair play to them for that, its where we fall down, but they haven't faced any top team in that run since losing to Arsenal. (Bar Chelsea and they were too busy trying to get rid of their manager then), I think we will be a shock to their system.

We weren't last year. There were rank performances throughout the side, Gerrard in particular being diabolical in the first half.

 

He has a vital role on Saturday. If we assume we are going to line up as we did on Tuesday, then he has to close down Carrick much more quickly than he did last year and when he has the ball he has to use it much less carelessly than he did last year.
