Metro Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Know of all the usual suspects who are reported to be Liverpool fans but didn't know that Daniel Craig (aka James Bond) was. Just got a birthday present of a full DVD set of Liverpool legends apparently.

muleskinner Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 A documentary film maker (not a strictly a celeb) who is one of the few to be allowed into North Korea was on the radio this morning talking about his films and said that they managed to find a radio broadcast of the 2005 CL final that was then blocked as the penalty shoot out began. No internet, TV or radio meant them having to wait until they left the country to find out the score.

Hector McDougal Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 (edited) Clive Owen isIsn't Viv Richards supposed to be? Clive Owen was in Dublin a few weeks back and I attended an interview he did at the Dublin Academy. He regaled us with tales of watching the Istanbul Champions League final with Mickey Rourke. He has some quality quotes about the Reds in this Esquire interview. "That's a pure thing, that club. Not really explainable, really. My family endures. They don't understand it." aka Dus Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Bernard Dunne is another one I didn't know about til recently. Stellar, some of them.
Hector McDougal Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Angelina Jolie and her son Maddox. Jolie's preparation for Wanted saw her reunited with Eunice Huthart, a 41-year-old Liverpudlian and a former winner of TV's Gladiators, who has been her stunt double since she made the Tomb Raider films. 'Maddox is a Liverpool fan,' says Jolie. 'He watches them whenever he can and that's because of Eunice. She got him into soccer and she's a Liverpool girl. http://www.kickette.com/index.php?/site/co...l_fc_supporter/

Tasha Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Clive Owen met Stevie recently and apparently got really flustered, haha. He said "I've met the biggest movie stars in the world but give me Steven Gerrard and I'm in trouble." Oh, and Maddox wants to be a Liverpool player someday.
Guy_Incognito Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 The aggregate credibility takes a hammering with the inclusion of Gary fecking Barlow, I'm afraid
