It worries me, all this negativity in the club. Even if we do get taken over ,the damage is already done , will we survive the turmoil.

The likes of Man City, Villa, even Everton are on the rise.

If our future is not sorted out soon , i fear the worst.

I hope you're not near pills or a razor! Villa and Everton go up and down like a randy sloth.

Liverpool FC Is Hard as Hell....

Remember, people don't just become Liverpool supporters, we're chosen. Not everyone's as lucky as we are; some have to support Spurs, or Everton or some other s**** side

I'm not too worried, but I am slightly concerned about what City will do once they get rid of Mark Hughes. With all that money, if they were to get a half decent manager, they could be a real threat. Not too bothered by Villa, and certainly not by Everton.

Some clubs have the mentality and some do not. It generally takes a special manager or owner to instill that over a number of years and we've had our share and still have the mentality.

I see the likes of Everton and Villa having an inferiority complex when it comes to joining the CL elite, they dont seem to feel they belong and give off the impression they are more comfortable knocking on the door and going close. In a way they need some of the Spurs arrogance in thinking they are a CL club to go with the grounding they have to build on solid foundations.

Even with the money, City will need to develop the mentality that deals with the pressure and build correctly. They are showing little sign of either. If you look at Chelsea, it begins way before Abramovich and goes back to Hoddle and the Chelsea Village. Yep they didn't carry all before them and one proved more a millstone at first than anything else, but the ambition was there to embrace continental football ideals and apply modern business thinking to the football club. Abramovich didn't take over a backwater, they were a CL club that had been run an assembled like a Serie A side over a number of years and managers. This current mentality they have has been built over 15 years.
