iPhone assistance

I have somehow managed to crack the screen on my iPhone. No problem - it's insured and I'm getting a new one tomorrow.

 

But, I can't seem to work out how the feck I can stick all of my contacts/applications/games etc onto my computer so that I can just stick them onto my new phone tomorrow.

 

Anyone?
