Any employment / redundancy law specialists out there?

I hope someone can help with a (seemingly) basic question I have about redundancy, but which I'm getting conflicting / unclear statement of the Web when I'm doing reserach...

 

I'm going to telephone ACAS later on for some advice on the question below, and also to ask if I have a (potential) case for Unfair Dismissal - That's a separate subject, which I haven't outlined below ..

 

I've just been made redundant.

I'm on three months notice.

Taking this notice (plus my 'consultation period' of four weeks into account), I will still be two weeks shy of two years continuous employment at my company.

 

My question is ...

 

I know I am not entitled to any statutory redundancy pay (not having been employed continuously for more than two years) but AM I entitled to my notice being paid up in full, and is this tax-free? - It doesn't reach the supposed £30K limit by a distance....

 

depending on what site I visit they either say I am entitled to redundancy pay or I'm not. I think they mean 'statutory' redundancy pay, but I'm really unsure.
