fish and chips crisis in Liverpool

some of you think that 'this chippy' or 'that chippy' is okay

 

and one or two are, but overall fish and chips in Liverpool is a feckin disgrace, which is a problem if you love fish and chips, no?

 

so....bought a fryer from ASDA for £39 yesterday, went on 'tinternet and learned an easy recipe

 

and low and behold: the best fish and chips in Liverpool are now to be found at Casa Molby

 

 

best bit is that it was my first go and was till boss - gonna experiment now 'cos I reckon I can get it much better still

 

 

will report back regularly on my fish and chips project - you wouldn't want to miss anything now

 

anyone else made home made fish and chips?
