psl Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 (edited) Stevie seems a sensible chap and it would look as if the police have arrested everyone in the vicinity. Without knowing anything at all about the case, I'd guess he'll be bailed today and no charge subsequently brought. Edited December 29, 2008 by psl

Stevie H Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 bloody hell. footballers shouldn't even be out at that time of night etc.
Falconhoof Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 With some of the taunts that get hurled his way by w*****s, I imagine it would take some restraint from cracking heads and breaking jaws. Sadly its not difficult to imagine Stevie reacting to something thats been said and getting into a fight.Hope it was one of his mates though and no charges are brought.
Chili Palmer Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 This is rather annoying. its put a bit of a dampner on things, thats for sure.
John am Rhein Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 every championship winning team needs a few arrests
floyd Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 The Bluenose/Manc probably deserved it. Allegedely.
Sion Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 He's had a few problems in southport before, don't know what he's doing out that time on a Sunday night/Monday morning. The bars and clubs there are populated by pondlife most of the timeHopefully it's nothing

MFletcher Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 They said on the radio that the 'victim' had been taken to hospital but wasn't badly injured. I imagine, nay hope, he'll be bailed later and no charges subsequently brought. It's something that we could do without though.
Andy @ Allerton Posted December 29, 2008 Posted December 29, 2008 Locked until something more concrete is known.
