Dominus Maximus Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 If he wasn't "british" he'd been slaughtered in here. How many chances does a 20m striker need to score? Don't know, he still doesn't score... He was plain awful today, and generally has been. If we are to win this, we should get in a new striker. Really miss Crouch atm.
Des Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 If he wasn't "british" He "isn't". In any sense.
JonShar Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 What's most frustrating isn't his form, it's the impatience and body language he has towards the other players when they don't pass to him or misplace a pass. Noticed it in the past handful of games, for someone not at the top of his game it's a tad inappropriate.
Maharajkumar of Vizianagram Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Heh, the Irish posters will slaughter you for this In their own reserved, stiff upper lip British way
Red Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 I bet his fore-finger gets tired from all that pointing.
Guest RedLegend Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 If he wasn't "british" he'd been slaughtered in here. He isn't you dullard.
Smith Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 (edited) He isn't you dullard.Notice the ""? No? Anyone who really doesn't understand what Aggermania means with "british"? Silly prickery. Edited November 22, 2008 by Smith
Conor Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 (edited) Maybe if he wasn't out on the jar ALL weekend last weekend he would have scored that chance today.. And when I say on the jar I really mean on the Jar. Edited November 22, 2008 by Conor

Rory Fitzgerald Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 If Robbie Keane is British then I'd better change my euro's for pounds
CaptainXabi Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 You Irish know that the rest of us around the world don't separate you from the British and there's pretty much no hope of it ever happening, right?
Smith Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 If Robbie Keane is British then I'd better change my euro's for pounds Has anyone claimed he is?
Guest RedLegend Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 If Robbie Keane is British then I'd better change my euro's for pounds He's not British. He's "British".
Dominus Maximus Posted November 22, 2008 Author Posted November 22, 2008 So much for throwing jokes around... Anyways, he has still been awful, Irish or not...
psl Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 So much for throwing jokes around... Anyways, he has still been awful, Irish or not... You "Swedish" types aren't known for your humour.

Keita Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 He seems to lack confidence to attack and is always looking to pass it square. I hope he improves and im sure he will.
CaptainXabi Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 i think maybe you should get out more....I've been out plenty, thanks. It's not because people don't know Ireland is a different country and not part of the UK, it's because people tend to think "those islands up there". A similar thing happens with Scandinavia.
Anfield Fox Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 Maybe he's from the past or just woke up from a long kip http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Kingdo...ain_and_Ireland
Chili Palmer Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 I like him and all the guestures don't annoy me at all. honest.
Barnesy_10 Posted November 22, 2008 Posted November 22, 2008 (edited) I don't think he's a very clever person. Skillful on his day, yes.... but brains? nope. He was stood with the back four for the last 5 minutes. He also carried the ball to the wings when a pass would have sufficed, which led to him being stood out on the wing leaving torres and Kuyt surrounded by 5 players. He missed another chance in the 6 yard box. I keep waiting for him to hit wone of them spinning volley trademark things he does, only to see him play another dummy or misplaced backheel.
