i am exporting some data out of a softwar package to play with it

One of the fields is coming out as something like

'1.0001E+13'

rather than the actual text, meaning i can't then import it back in

 

Is there a way of converting them all without doing it manually? There are over 1000 records

i have tried making the column wider before anyone asks!!

Oh and in the plainest English possible please. I am thick
