Wireless Router

is driving me mad. Our little home network has modem connected by cable to the router, router connected by cable to the PC, 3 laptops using the wireless signal from the router. Every one of the laptops and the PC is failing to connect to the internet despite the fact that each and every machine tells me that the signal strength from the router is 'Excellent'.

 

Any idea? Is the router dead? I have tried to reset it, it made no difference. Connecting the PC or any of the laptops directly to the modem by cable gets a perfect connection (using it now to post this) sdo I know there is no problem with the actual broadband connection. At a loss. All help welcomed.
