Swagger Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 The wife and I are planning on visiting Denmark with the kids this August. Apart from driving to Legoland at the beginning of the trip, we will be based in Copenhagen, and I was hoping for tips from our resident Danish forumites, eg a nice, centrally located hotel, a good place to eat away from the tourists, and so on. Also, we'll probably have a car during most of our trip, so it would be great to hear about nice places to visit outside of Copenhagen, even if its a little drive away. I've heard Helsingor is a very nice town, and according to Google Maps its only 50 minutes' drive, so thats a possibility. A worthwhile place to visit on-route to Legoland would be nice as it would break the journey down. Thanks. P.S. Is Fantasy World worthwhile for the kids, or should Legoland and Tivoli suffice?
