You can't say he lacks heart.

I feel sorry for him.

I honestly do and Lampard.

I never thought I'd say it but there you go.

It may be harsh, but I genuinely thought he had no place being there.

Never feel sorry for multi-millionaires, especially Chelsea ones, who are making tonnes of money playing the game they love. Sorrow should be reserved for those who deserve it.

I don't.

He made the decision himself to take the fifth penalty. He wanted to be the man who won the cup for Chelsea, even though there were more capable penalty takers in the team ahead of him (Kalou for starters).

He'll have to live with cocking that penalty up for the rest of his career, and good enough for him. I'm fed up hearing about "Mr Indestructible" and "England captain John Terry". He'll be remembered as a bottler, and it's a small comfort from tonight.

f*** him, he's a thug who got away with murder in the first leg of the semi, maybe if he'd been sent off as he should have been we'd have been in Moscow tonight.

No sympathy from me.

Some block with his head in extra time though.

Exactly my point. It had 'hero' written all over it, and he couldnt resist. Would Mourinho have let that happen? I strongly doubt it.

Ha! Sorry but I couldn't agree less. That was a dream come true tonight. Ever since the semi I've dared to dream of Chelsea losing and Terry being somehow to blame... but to step up with a chance to win the f***ing European Cup and slam it against the post while falling on your a***... the Gods couldn't have scripted it better.

I despise that c*** and I hope he spends a tortured summer agonising over what might have been.

Did it even hit the post? I thought it went wide?

Wonder how much s*** Drogba will take in the aftermath - he was a nailed on penno taker

Hahaha, too right. Great to see that c*** crying like a bitch at the end of any game too.

To be honest, it was one of the only good things to come out of tonight in my opinion.

I've heard a fair few stories that suggest Terry is a proper nasty cunit, so I feel no sympathy for him. He obviously fancied himself as the man to win the champions league for Chelsea and he blew it. f*** him.
