Rory Fitzgerald Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I know I really dislike* Man Utd and I know I really dislike Chelsea. What I dont know is, just how much do I dislike Utd more than Chelsea. One thing I do know is that I do dislike Utd more than Chelsea as this has been proved to me by the league games. Next Wednesday will be a voyage of self discovery for me - not sure if I even want to watch the match *hate seems too strong a word to use
Tones Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Dont think i will watch it myself. I normally have a team i would like to win in any game but its hard to think of a game with more c**** on the pitch than this one.
oakie bob Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 going the pub where there will be no football on, switching my mobiles off so no one can text and will put all mancs/chelsea on ignore so I never know the outcome
Guest Ant Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I'll be hoping the Moscow Riot Police are on fine form. (And that the Mancs and Chavs deserve it)
Guest PaulMcC Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I'm going to a pub with no tv with a couple of mates who don't want to watch it either.
Boca Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Might back Chelsea at evens to win it. It will keep me interested.
Rory Fitzgerald Posted May 16, 2008 Author Posted May 16, 2008 Have been asked to go to the pub by the neighbour (no interest in football) as he is going out with his mates who are football fans (Villa, Liverpool and not sure about the other but not Utd or Chelsea). Not sure what to do. He is shocked at how torn I am about going out as I dont want to see ANY Mancs.
Guy_Incognito Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 If someone can guarantee to me that Chelsea will win then I'll watch it. Otherwise I'm gonna stay away.
theredfella Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Might back Chelsea at evens to win it. It will keep me interested. Exactly what I'm doing, great bet as well.
Woodsyla Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I'm going to Spanish lessons, probably watch the last 1/2 hour will turn off before any of the horrible c**** get their hands on our trophy. Truly f***ing depressing. Will avoid all newspaper and internet for the rest of the week (except maybe here) and will bin Sky Sports as well. Hopefully by the time of Euro 2008 it will all have blown over !!
_00_deathscar Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Not a f***ing chance I'm watching this game. Going out, watching a movie, dinner, and spending the rest of the night out with my girl. f*** football (for a night, and possibly more if Utd win)
Guest Raisbeck Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 Mancs potential homecoming thing has been binned after the Rangers kick offs in the week! Id be fecking livid.
Guest 70400 Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 you should all support United, because winning the cup would be one step closer to Fergie retiring and Ronaldo being allowed to leave.
betterman Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I will definitely be watching it. Why I can understand everyone here no wanting to see either side win the Champions League, fact is one of them will now. Not watching the biggest club game of the year won't change that. I couldn't imagine finding something else to do just not to see the Champions League final - whoever was in it.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 I won't be watching - how any Liverpool fan could is beyond me. I despise the majority of the players on both teams. The thought of seeing Lampard, Drogba & Terry or Ronaldo, Ferdinand & Rooney dancing around estatic after winning it is enough to make me puke. In fact, I'll be avoiding the score as long as I can, so I can't even imagine the above scenes.
Benzo-13 Posted May 16, 2008 Posted May 16, 2008 What's this about?? A match next Wednesday!! Never heard of it.. Think the bowls is on..
