Guest Snorky Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Torn between wanted them both to win. Pompey for James, Baros and for Redknapp. Cardiff for Robbie, David Jones and NY Red. Decisions decisions.
Gerry Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Torn between wanted them both to win. Pompey for James, Baros and for Redknapp. Cardiff for Robbie, David Jones and NY Red. Decisions decisions. I thought general consensus was that James was a lazy bugger when he played for us, who was more interested in his Playstation than football; Baros cost us millions by refusing to go to Lyon, even though he ended up there in the end anyway; and Redknapp is a corrupt, backhander-loving k****ead. And that has to balance against NY Red of course. But Cardiff it is.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 same as Kev, but also I like to see the underdog win. Won't lose sleep either way. At least it's a breath of fresh air. (I don't mind stale air whe it's us winning, mind)
stressederic Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Not a fan? Oh no I hold the Playstation playing, ball dropping, daydreaming, bottling c*** who cost us the title in the very highest regard.
Kahnee Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Oh no I hold the Playstation playing, ball dropping, daydreaming, bottling c*** who cost us the title in the very highest regard. (Wasn't it his GameBoy?)
stressederic Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 (Wasn't it his GameBoy?) I'd always heard it was his playstation, but it could be his gameboy. To be honest either way it's just mere semantics that draw attention from the fact he's a complete testicle.
growler Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Cardiff, because portsmouth think they have already won it, and the stupid fecking bell
fyds Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 (edited) Cardiff, because portsmouth think they have already won it, and the stupid fecking bellI can't stand Cardiff's mental fans, pr Portsmouth's many ex-navy racialist headcases - but you have found the deciding factor fo r me - the c*nt with the bell. Cardiff it is then. Edited May 13, 2008 by fyds
Andy @ Allerton Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 Cardiff. Don't want those bell-ringing shandy swilling weirdos winning it.
Boca Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 Robbie's done a Kewell on it Cardiff manager Dave Jones expects Robbie Fowler to be 'honest and truthful' as the striker aims for a return in Saturday's FA Cup Final.Former Liverpool hitman Fowler, 33, has not played for the Bluebirds since December after a hip operation. But the ex-England star is desperate to play at Wembley against Portsmouth. Jones, who will pick his team on Thursday, said: "Robbie will be in the squad definitely. He has worked his socks off to get fit. "Whether he will be up to playing is another thing, but he has three or four days yet to still prove that."The only person who will give me that knowledge is Robbie - and he has been around football long enough to be honest and truthful and say 'yeah I am fine'. "At the moment that is what he is saying, and in training he looks fine, but he can't have any niggles or anything. "It is important he is right for the game, just as it is for the rest of his playing career, as I don't want to lose him for three or four months. "Though he is not going to start, he is fighting for a bench place like six or seven others. "But whoever sits on the bench has to be able to go on at any time - whether it's after one minute or with one minute to go - and be able to perform." Mirror
Gomez Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 James does not deserve an FA cup winners medal as he has already cost both Liverpool and Aston Villa a cup win.
Hassony Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 James does not deserve an FA cup winners medal as he has already cost both Liverpool and Aston Villa a cup win. What are the odds of him making it a hatrick of clangers in the fa cup final
theredfella Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 Cardiff for Robbie and Pompey for 'Arry. Robbie for obvious reasons and Redknapp for taking a team who were on the skids and transforming them into one of the best teams in the league.
Gooner Spy Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 I'm gonna root for Pompey all the way to mark my gratitude for sparing us all the terrifying prospect of the Mancs winning the treble again.
Sion Posted May 17, 2008 Posted May 17, 2008 Cardiff for Robbie and Pompey for 'Arry. Robbie for obvious reasons and Redknapp for taking a team who were on the skids and transforming them into one of the best teams in the league. with a heap load of cash... I'm going for Cardiff, obviously with the Fowler connection and Jones is alright. Can't stand Redknapp.
