Jay Blizzay Posted April 25, 2008 Posted April 25, 2008 My contract with 02 has run out. Whats 02 retentions like these days? Still selling their mothers for crack? I get 600 mins, 100 txts and 'long weekends' which i think means unlimited calls on weekends Costs me about 37 quid inc VAT I've seen the 02 600 tarrif, which is the same as what i have now, but you get 500 txts and i can swap the 'bolt on' for summat else like 'unlimited wifi' or 'unlimited browsing' Can someone clarify what that actually means? If got got either (depending on whether the phone has wifi or not) am I getting charged for downloads? I think the online version of that tarrif has 1000 txts so may go for that, both are 35 inc VAT so I'll save money regardless I'm torn between 4 phones: Samsung G600LG ViewtyNokia N95 8GB BlackiPhone I've done a forum search, people seem quite happy with the N95. I currently have a N73 and I hate it, worst phone i've ever owned. Slow as a dog, occasional crashes, sound cuts off half way through some phone calls. It's kinda putting me off Nokia at the moment. I quite fancy Wifi, but that would rule the Viewty out, which looks nice. But if i got that and chose the 'unlimted web browsing' bolt on, aint it the same thing if im using HSDPA? I've been quoted 160 quid for iphone - seems a bit steep to me.
