Thats how we need to look at it.

Now we go for it, score once and its game on.

They scored 1 away goal, we can potentially score 30 :D

At least we won't be spending 90 minutes sh*tting bricks clinging on to 0-0 draw like you know we were going to.

Aye, it may be a blessing in disguse. Mentally the players know they have to score, probably 2 goals.

Media will hype up our recent lack of goals but I think we are due at least one. With the players we have we know we can score. If they score one so what.

by half time please so I can relax a bit...

I think tonights result could look a lot better or worse depending on what happens tomorrow night

Exactly. The second leg was always going to be when it was really decided, and we're still in it.

Don't go with that at all. At 1-0 we could go there and hang on. If we concede we are still level. We HAVE to score now. This isn't a blessing in disguise but a real f*** up and mentally we'll have to come back from such a goal.

More hopeful on what happens this weekend. Rio, Rio break us a leg or two ;)

there is no plus side, it's as easy as that.

not only is it an important away goal, it's also the moral victory they're taking with them, knowing they stole the game. they were lucky to get away with a 1-0 loss, cech made some vital saves. this shambles of a goal will give them a boost for their home game.

it's our biggest challenge in europe for ages. can't remember the last time we played away in europe needing a result

(not since marseille :D)

Yes, but the players, Rafa etc prepare knowing they have to score. Chelsea prepare thinking 0-0 is good enough.

Obviously a clean sheet wold be better but it ain't over yet by a long shot.

The past games won't mean anything, after tonights performnce we are more than capable of winning the game down there and I fully expect them too. Torres will put away a chance next week.

they were there for the taking. we dominated first half of the second half. torres missed chances that he would score on another day. cech looks shakey on crosses. babel was great tonight. not sure what benayoun adds in those games. he is not physically strong enough.

we're in it but mentally a blow to concede last kick of the game

still, remember gudjohnsen shot in 2005? imagine that was second leg tonight. riise would need hicks' security detail

Its about time we started to think like winners. We should have some b******s about us and go there with a positive mindset.

I have just endured Drogba cheating and diving all over the place and getting away with it and defenders like Terry leading with the arm and knocking Torres at every opportunity. These filthy c***s have taken the piss and we should f*** them over for it.

w***ers, all of them.

We are LFC, we dominated parts of that game in a way we haven't done for years and we can do it again. Gerrard will need to lead from the front, Torres must teach Mungo a lesson and the rest must have the mindset of champions.

We can do them, we will do them.

Babel went too central and allowed them to come back into it down the right before he went off. He was giving Ferreira a torrid time and should have stuck at it.

I'm very confident we can get a win there.

confident or blind optimism? what are you basing your confidence on? our fantasic goal scoring record at the bridge?

The fact Chelsea aren't as good as us?

What the f*** have records got to do with anything? Completely different match and players, why should our performances from 2/3 years ago mean anything?

THIS was our chance. Chelsea were s***, we should have finished them off at the start of the second half, but instead let them back into the game in the last 10 minutes and give a stupid goal. They wont play that badly at their place. No chance.
