Montse Posted April 21, 2008 Posted April 21, 2008 The other half was involved in an accident this morning, luckily he is OK but has a fractured sternum which is going to be a long slow recovery. The other guy has admitted responsibility which is just as well as it was all caught on CCTV travelling at 60mph into Pauls van which was waiting to turn right. The police have the film and him so he will be prosecuted. Ordinarily I dont like claims but an NHS leaflet at the hospital advised people to do it as the NHS can claim their own costs as well as compo for the victim. Paul is self employed so any time off work is going to cost. Has anyone got any experience one of these personal accident claim firms? Are some better than others? Who to avoid or recommend? Many thanks in advance
