Leo No.8 Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Brought off early last night against City reserves..................plans for the weekend perhaps ? Really, really hope so. He looks easily a class above everyone else in reserve team football and the weekend looks a good opportunity to get him on the bench for a home game.
Hassony Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 hes got great feet but hes not that quick is he Doesn't look slow either to me, somewhere in the middle between Kuyt and Torres
L19red Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Joudy Brouwer scored twice...........setup by a lovely backheel from nemeth for the second one
johngibo YPC Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 setup by a lovely backheel from nemeth for the second one Shut it you, Brouwer is the clear talent
Hassony Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Shut it you, Brouwer is the clear talent He is the new van Basten, amazes me that the old Brouwer is not picking the new Van Basten to the dutch squad for the euros
MarkD Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 It's Brouwers' drooping into the hole that is allowing Nemeth to shine....

Sinos Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Brought off early last night against City reserves..................plans for the weekend perhaps ? didn't he play 85 mins against Blackburn earlier in the week?
Tetti Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Based on what Ive seen (only on tv though), Nemeth looks well worth a try, he stands out like Plessis did. But Brouwer has been awful when I've watched him.
Guest Kaizer Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Did Plessis play or will he get another chance in the absence of Mascherano on Sunday?
Hassony Posted April 11, 2008 Posted April 11, 2008 Did Plessis play or will he get another chance in the absence of Mascherano on Sunday?he played against City might get to play in the game between the the two legs of the semi I think

£440,000 Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 It's like the Porter's scene from Macbeth all over again.
Cunny Posted April 15, 2008 Posted April 15, 2008 Nemeth didn't feature at all for the ressies on Monday in the Liverpool Senior Cup.It was pretty much a full strength side - Insua, Huth, Spearing, Darby, Plessis all played. With injury worries over Crouch & Voronin and Torres likely to be rested, will he get his chance at Fulham?

Of all the games remaining this season you'd have to think that was the most likely one for him.

Cunny Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/drilldown/N...080417-1410.htm A stunning free-kick from Gerardo Bruna was the highlight of Liverpool Reserves 3-0 victory over Wigan Athletic in the second round of the Lancashire FA Canterbury Senior Cup on Thursday afternoon. Craig Lindfield and Jordy Brouwer scored the other goals for Gary Ablett's league champions and the Reds will now meet Accrington Stanley in the semi-final at the Kirkby Academy on Monday, April 28. Liverpool team: Hansen, Kelly, Darby (Irwin 45), San Jose (Spearing 45), Huth, Ayala, Flynn, Pacheco, Brouwer (Plessis 74), Lindfield, Bruna. We also invite you to watch highlights of the Liverpool Senior Cup semi-final online when Ablett's side beat Prescot Cables 1-0 thanks to a brilliant goal from Spanish ace Daniel Pacheco. Nemeth, Insua and Plessis not involved
psl Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/drilldown/N...080417-1410.htmNemeth, Insua and Plessis not involved Well Plessis was, but not for long.
Guest rookie Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/drilldown/N...080417-1410.htmNemeth, Insua and Plessis not involved Of course, not. Nemeth played full 90 mins for Hungary U19 when they lost 1-0 against Croatia U19 yesterday. Gulacsi played full 90 mins as well, while Andras Simon came on after 53 mins.
