Ok, i've decided enough's enough.

Smoked for nigh on 18 years now and starting to notice that my health isn't getting any better.

 

I've cut down to 6 fags a day, cold turkey just seems too hard, and from previous experiences I always get really narky, so would prefer not to.

The chewing gum is rancid, can't go down that route again.

 

What I'm thinking is either:

 

- Nicotine patches

- Hypnotherapy

- cutting down till I eventually stop.

 

Ex-smokers thoughts are welcome.

 

(I know there was a thread with everyone's experiences a while back, but can't be arsed searching for it :P)
