Shirohana Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Ok, i've decided enough's enough.Smoked for nigh on 18 years now and starting to notice that my health isn't getting any better. I've cut down to 6 fags a day, cold turkey just seems too hard, and from previous experiences I always get really narky, so would prefer not to.The chewing gum is rancid, can't go down that route again. What I'm thinking is either: - Nicotine patches- Hypnotherapy- cutting down till I eventually stop. Ex-smokers thoughts are welcome. (I know there was a thread with everyone's experiences a while back, but can't be arsed searching for it )
