Long shot, but anyone know of a way to get in contact with a higher-up in 02's organisation. Sometimes people's emails get around consumer blogs etc. I'd like to get in contact with someone higher than call centre idiot over a dispute my girlfriend is having with them over moving her onto a contract she didn't consent to.
