Apparently UEFA are looking into suggestions that Lyon fans targeted C Ronaldo with a green laser last night. It was seen on him prior to kick off and several times during the match. Anyone heard anything about this?

Sounds like the Harry Potter book Jo Rowling couldn't be ars*d with.

 

Ferguson ranting about it via the papers this morning and a small mention on sky - they seemed to think it was some sort of red laser penlight though. Should have blinded the twunt.

There was a fella on SSN this morning wildly speculating about this.

 

He managed to jump from someone shining a laser at Placcy pre-game to someone bearing down on goal about to win the league or cup for his team when he's blinded by a laser and it costs his team the trophy. They then had a big stress about how we can stop people bringing them into the game. I thought they were gonna cry at one point.

a .22 would hardly do any damage...you need a 5.56mm/7.62mm round/9mm ;-)

you use 22's if you go deer hunting and they don't let you stand next to them and pop one off between the horns, so to speak.

To be honest I wouldn't want to be bopped in the head by a .22 caliber bullet from any distance.

 

Paintball pellets in the head are bad enough.

 

Would certainly ruin your day even if it didn't kill you!
