So far he has scored 12 goals in 22 matches, including 19 starts.

 

We have 14 matches left of the PL season, 7 at home and 7 away, so if he will get to play all these matches and he can keep up his ratio he will most possible be able to do it.

 

But he is not taking our penalties and its by no means certain he will play enough matches so it will be difficult considering we will be up against a few teams that are solid at the back.

If we improve our play to a level of what we had the first 3-4 months of the league season he stands a good chance. For the last month we've been generally crap and Torres haven't scored a lot. Easy as that.

If Torres can stay fit then I think he will. I do admit that he may have started on a high and think his general form will be a little lower... however, he's bloody fantastic and we'd be f***ed without him.

The weird thing is that he's scored almost all his goals at home. And I'd guess that we've got our worst home record for years this season.

No he won't.

 

Fowler got 28 league goals in 95-96 and 25 the year before.

 

Premier League started in 1992-93.
