ManxRed Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Another one for the injury list then! Well done lad.
CarraLegend Posted February 1, 2008 Author Posted February 1, 2008 Another one for the injury list then! Aye, he's injured at the minute aswell anyway isn't he? But im guessing we give the ok for him to go. He'll probably come back with no legs.
Raj Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Really pleased that he has got the recognition.Well done Alvaro!
richwilks Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Well deserved. Been excellent for us this season.
Guest GrandpaSimpson Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 He should retire after his first cap.
Hassony Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 well done, he has been our best right back and left back this season No Luis garcia I see, how has he been doing at AM?
Raj Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 No Luis garcia I see, how has he been doing at AM? Not playing that regularly, by all accounts
MFletcher Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 well done, he has been our best right back and left back this season No Luis garcia I see, how has he been doing at AM? He has been on the bench for vast chunks of the season.
The_Adder Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 well done, he has been our best right back and left back this season No Luis garcia I see, how has he been doing at AM? Aii, well done indeed!! Luis has been in and out the team, a lot of sub appearances. They have Reyes, Simao, Forlan and Aguero in their attacking positions to compete with him, so they have been sharing the games around these 5 quite a bit (nice 5 players to call on though aint it)

muleskinner Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Good on the lad, he deserves it. Unsurprisingly Dirk Kuyt has been dropped by Netherlands.
Smith Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Only Valencia have more players than us in the Spanish national team.
Guest rookie Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Well done but he has already pulled out due to injury.
lfc4eva99 Posted February 1, 2008 Posted February 1, 2008 Delighted for him, one lad who genuinely deserves his call up to a national squad list. From being an unheard entity when we signed to being one of our most consistent players, Alvaro Arbeloa is right up there as one of Rafael Benitez's best signings. May there be many more caps for him.
