Some possibilities have been mentioned, as you've seen there are many decent financial boycott ideas flying around there in it's thread but maybe financial methods are not the only way to make your point.

Someone came up with the idea of staying silent during YNWA as it's being played. Not sure I'd feel comfortable doing that as it would kill the atmosphere.

How about none of us boycott the game, we all sing as loudly as we can before and during the game but for our first goal we do something bizzare. We go silent for about 30 seconds. The away supporters will be too miffed to make much noise over it and it will make headlines. It is a clean and disciplined type of protest that can immediately be forgotten afterwards by the fans, who can then go on and sing as they want and even celebrated 2 times as loud the next time we score , knowing that the protest has already been made.

The way to get something like this going would be to get a few 100 interested and email sky sports. they'd leak it and the fact is, it's so bloody strange that it would certainly make headlines around the world. It would show character though.. it's non aggresive but it's point would be so utterly clear. it would take discipline but with 99% of our fans wanting something done about the owners, i dont see a problem convincing people to do this , if we could just give it a voice.

what do you guys think? yay or nay?
