According to icLiverpool

LIVERPOOL FC co-owner Tom Hicks is sending personal replies to angry Liverpool fans contacting him about the club's future.

Emails have been flying across the Atlantic straight into the Americans inbox from outraged Reds.

Today, a spokesman for the business tycoon revealed Mr Hicks was taking time to read through the e-mails.

He said: "Mr Hicks has got quite a few emails, through me and directly, and he is reading all correspondence.

"He is replying to quite a few messages."

Hi Cobs

I'd have to say a sheep - they're nasty little bast*rds when they're riled and would nut the cow, who are quite cowardly creatures anyway. Geddit ?

PS. I don't owe you £5. Stop hassling me.

Regards

I few people on Rawk have received replies though most probably from Hick's PR company that LFC is not doubt paying for.

I've seen some replies. They basically say. He's backing the manager and the club, Rafa is with him, that he wants to be judged on his actions going forward not his words and hopes to win back support. That there is a lot of misinformation in tabloids and blogs.

I'd have thought...

"Hi Cobs,

Thanks for your continued support in fighting the good fight. We'll learn them yet.

The £5 is in the post.

Love,

Tom"

Here's one reply he sent to somemone on RAWK.

Mr M.

You ARE a great fan.

I have publicly supported Rafa ever since we met Dec 16. You notice he

has been totally supportive as well. We funded Skrtel and will others.

You will see the new stadium plans (look just like the ones last

summer) this coming week.

I hope to earn your support over the years with my actions.......not

the words in tabloids.

A journalist needs to ask them flat out about putting debt onto the club and how they plan to pay the interest on that loan without it affecting the team. not sure when they'll be talking to the press next maybe if the new stadium is being shown tomorrow thats a chance, but somebody needs to ask them these questions because as yet we've heard nothing but platitudes and lies.

I wonder if he'll convince any to change their mind ?

If he's smart he'll try some kind of divisive tactic. Something along the lines of putting it to the fans that they are doing the club harm by trying to hound them out and not supporting them. Some may agree.

Telling line from him talking about his baseball team in the face of accusations of under-investment, chucked it back at the fans,

"if our revenue grows in the off-season, our payroll will grow with it.”.

Dear Daniel S, Smithdown, Cobs, and all my other best mates

Thanks for your support. Sometimes it feels so lonely when all you're trying to do is destabilise a manager and screw a few hundred million out of a crummy soccer club a long way away. It's nice to know you're with me.

I promise that one day, when all this is over, I'll forget who you were as I'm leaving you begging for Peter Ridsdale to take over.

(You were right about the Klinsmann thing, it really cooled things off!, thanks for the tip)

Yours

Tommy.

Someone ought to email Hicks and tell him to shove his replies up his jacksie, because whatever he does now, nothing will placate the fans.
