CaptainXabi Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 That's all I have to say. Competent, has a crazy looking style, and crap in warmups. What more do you want from a 2nd keeper? Quality.
Elisha_Scott Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Last night featured 2 of the worst goalkeeping kicking performances in living memory.
Eskimo Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Agree, unlike Carson who always gave me the jitters.
Guest RedLegend Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 He seems to have a sand wedge for a foot.
Hassony Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 I am more comfortable with Itandje In goal than with Carson
Bigal Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 (edited) Last night featured 2 of the worst goalkeeping kicking performances in living memory. I can excuse Brill. However, were you at derby away?? That kid was the worst kicker I have ever seen. And it wasnt reina. charlie beat him for distance and velocity every single time Edited January 16, 2008 by Bigal
CaptainXabi Posted January 16, 2008 Author Posted January 16, 2008 (edited) At least one had an excuse.Yeah, Itandje didn't see enough of the ball to get the juices flowing. I don't know what the Luton keeper's problem was Edited January 16, 2008 by CaptainXabi
honourablegeorge Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Last night featured 2 of the worst goalkeeping kicking performances in living memory. Reina had a day of the jitters Sunday too, he was all voer the shop. Maybe Chaz is training him
Kahnee Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 I am more comfortable with Itandje In goal than with Carson Really? Last night was the first clean sheet of Charlie's LFC career!
Hassony Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Really? Last night was the first clean sheet of Charlie's LFC career! I thought he looked dodgy at reading in his frst game, but he played well enough against luton (2), cardiff and chelsea away with carson you always have the feeling there is a howler on the way (very simmilar to James)
Gunga Din Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 I thought he looked dodgy at reading in his frst game, but he played well enough against luton (2), cardiff and chelsea away with carson you always have the feeling there is a howler on the way (very simmilar to James) sorry, but Itanje isnt in the same class as Carson. nowhere near.

Gunga Din Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 apology accepted doing some proper bottling in the prediction league, arent ya
Hassony Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 doing some proper bottling in the prediction league, arent yahaving a mid season wobble, but still wouldn't change my position for anyone's else
Dee Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 i was in stitches when he came hurtling out of his goal to close down/stop/save an attack from a luton player - linesman already had flagged and Charles kept going and took the guy completely out!
Woodsyla Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 sorry, but Itanje isnt in the same class as Carson. nowhere near. Are you still basing this on his warm up ?
The Hitman Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Great name for a keeper,Charles.Every Charles I've ever met is a complete eccentric.
Gunga Din Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Are you still basing this on his warm up ? yes
Tommok Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Charles had a kicking nightmare at Stamford Bridge in the Carling Cup too - I think only two of his kicks made it over the halfway line.
surf Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 If he's that poor at kicking why doesn't he let one of the CB's take them?
