Guest Snorky Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Pennant was deemed fit enough to play 86 minutes against Wigan, and has not appeared in the last two games. I'm puzzled.
MFletcher Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Maybe his generally poor performance has seen him dropped from the team in favour of Benayoun?
dorgie Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Perhaps Pennant, Kewell & Crouch were out house-hunting today ?
Guest Themba Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 maybe Rafa realised what must of us did 3 years ago. He's s****.
Gunga Din Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Maybe his generally poor performance has seen him dropped from the team in favour of Benayoun? how can someone have "generally poor form" after playing 2 games in months? is that why Voronin started ahead of Crouch? you talk more s**** than Kaizer, and that takes some doing
Earl Hafler Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Maybe his generally poor performance has seen him dropped from the team in favour of Benayoun? If that is true it shows how badly Rafa has got it this season - you can't give players one game. However, i think it's just fitness or hopefully a would-be buyer needed proof he was fit.
Hightown Phil Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 how can someone have "generally poor form" after playing 2 games in months? is that why Voronin started ahead of Crouch? you talk more s**** than Kaizer, and that takes some doing Whilst I agree with your point, he said performance, not form.
Gunga Din Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Whilst I agree with your point, he said performance, not form. yeah, whatever.
MFletcher Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Whilst I agree with your point, he said performance, not form. Don't let minor issues such as misquoting people affect Wayne's agenda.
Earl Hafler Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Don't let minor issues such as misquoting people affect Wayne's agenda. Tart.
Gunga Din Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Don't let minor issues such as misquoting people affect Wayne's agenda. what is my agenda?
MFletcher Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 what is my agenda? I was only taking the piss mate, but I forgot to add the usual 'safety smiley' to indicate as much. Forums would be a very boring place if everyone said "I agree" all the time.
stonty Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Pennant was deemed fit enough to play 86 minutes against Wigan, and has not appeared in the last two games. I'm puzzled. Aye me too, another from Rafa's book of "Bewildering Managerial Decisions"
RafaShanks Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 Aye me too, another from Rafa's book of "Bewildering Managerial Decisions" Like signing Pennant in the first place?
lawrie Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 The sooner Pennant is fit enough to play more regularly the better.
Sol Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Pennant was deemed fit enough to play 86 minutes against Wigan, and has not appeared in the last two games. I'm puzzled. He said he wasn't match fit after the Wigan game. (saw it on e season clip) He was surprised Rafa picked him. He will probably get a game against Luton.
mathewbet1 Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Ooooooooooh which average yard dog can we play on the wing this game that is the question.....................................
Earl Hafler Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 He was surprised Rafa picked him. He wasn't the only f***** !
Tyler Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 hatchet job on pennant (by reference to his father) in notw today
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 picking JAR ahead of Babel and Kewell (unless the latter's injured) is more baffling
Guest spk Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 might be down to one of the sunday rags printing some mad stuff about his family that would certainly have f***ed with his head: http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/1301_pennant.shtml hope he and the club deal with it correctly. what f***ing c**** printing s*** like that
Captain Chaos Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 Forums would be a very boring place if everyone said "I agree" all the time. I Agree!!
