Our top assist supplier 06/07 and one of our better performers in Athens, my statement is based on the premise that he would kick on from August-December. As it stands he's no-where near Gerrard, Reina, Mascherano and Torres.

He was average and, as Hassony said, is never going to be good enough to hold down a 1st team place.

That's a myth. He was up against a very poor LB who was on a yellow but once more there was no quality end product.
