RafaShanks Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 I want Madrid, but have a feeling it's gonna be those Milanese again.
AE Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 I want Madrid, but have a feeling it's gonna be those Milanese again. RealBarcaInterACBig ears and they will once again say we fluked it
Michael Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 On the run through earlier today we got Milan and Arsenal got Barcelona in a repeat of the last two finals.
Nebraska Red Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 I'll take Seville please, after them, Real Madrid or Barcelona, who have not looked too convincing so far this season. I don't want an Italian team as I reckon we'll get screwed over.
Will Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Really not too bothered - but like Carra I have never been the San Siro and would really like to. However, having beem in Milan briefly before now I have now desperate desire to spend ages there - though no doubt it would still be fun. Madrid or Seville for me, just, I guess
L19red Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 on current form I'd take Milan, but as the fixtures are two months away they'll no doubt have improved, so Madrid.
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Given that there are no easy games in that lot the only reason I want Madrid is because of Schusters 'ugly' jibe and Rafa's motivation. Dont want an Italian team and I think Sevilla offer the Benfica factor.

johngibo YPC Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Who ? He's our new kit man, he hates Real as well
Rory Fitzgerald Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 He's our new kit man, he hates Real as well I think Real offer all the glitz and glamour and have done some of our teamtalk whilst also retaining ample motivation for many people in our squad - we would be pumped for this and be mentally prepared given the package of jibes and desire of the Spaniards add to the mix they are also a massive club then it would be.......tasty

Knox_Harrington Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 There's little in football I find more irritating than people trying to predict the outcome of a draw. Well there is. Rooney for one. But you take the general point.

Knox_Harrington Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 But who do you reckon we'll get?I just have this feeling, Clive, we'll get Porto.

Swipe Posted December 21, 2007 Posted December 21, 2007 Ha! Fair point, well made. When does the draw actually get made, does anyone know? I know it starts on sky at 11am but there's usually 4 hours of nonsense before the draw.

From there Dieter will fish out its named goodness and we shall perform a small bureaucratic rite of passage before announcing. In the event of group protection we shall have to place the name back into its softened shell and then freeze it for 37 minutes before placing it back into the bowl whereupon Hans will start again.
