Morris Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 I lost my phone recently and made a claim for a replacement via my mobile phone insurance. The claim has been rejected based on the following conditions of the policy: "where it has been left negligently or deliberately in a public place or a place to which people, other than only your immediate family, have access" Does this mean then that unless i lose my phone at home im not covered? Or am i being a bit of a thicko?
