dorgie Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 (edited) TorresFinnanGerrard (I actually thought Mascherano was below par tonight . Got muscled out way too easy for their goal, put a number of passes astray and seemed to fall on his a*** on more than 1 occassion). Edited November 28, 2007 by dorgie

Guest Red & Green Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 How the f*** is Gerrard in some peoples top threes? I know it wasn't the greatest team performance but there were definitley 3 better Liverpool players on the pitch. He was abysmal tonight for a so called "world class" player. 1 Torres2 Finnan3 No one deserving but I'd say between Carragher and Benayoun.

I was struggling for my 3rd choice, but those stats swung it for me. Edited November 28, 2007 by dorgie

I don't know how many time Porto broke through midfield towards the end of the first half and the start of the second and I could'nt see him anywhere in sight. Poor old Mascher was trying to pick up 2 or 3 players.
badtodabone Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 thought finnan was great tonightso 1 finnan/torres2 finnan/torres3 cant think of anyone who stood out but benayoun, sami ,kewell had decent enough games

Maldini Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 1. Mascherano - don't know he hasn't featured more, thought he was immense.2. Torres3. Kewell
Coyler Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 1. Torres2. Gerrard3. HyypiaOne day Steven Finnan will save your life. He will pull you from a burning building and bring you to the side of the road away from the flames. You'll look up at him and whisper, "Thank you, Steven Finnan." And you'll keel over stone dead, your f*cking black heart having seized from the saying of it.
