Guest RedandProud Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 This man deserves our support. This man needs our support now more than ever. These two games, I emplore you Redmen to bring yer singing voices, make a Rafa banner, and f***in' show the man what he means to us. Lets send out a clear message over these two games how much Rafa means to us. Oh, and any chance of getting the Rafatollah organised for Porto or Bolton?
TheLa Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Oh, and any chance of getting the Rafatollah organised for Porto or Bolton? Boss idea. Get the Rafatollah out, if not for Porto or Bolton then deffo for the Man United game seeing as G&H will be over for that.
Gunga Din Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 what about a march from town to the ground behind the Rafatollah before the Bolton game. clearly the Porto game might be to hard yto organise as many go the ground straight from work, but saturday should be do-able.

It's a Sunday for the Bolton game actually - so that should make it even easier! Just need to get in touch with whoever actually has it. I guess a few on here will know them and can ask them about it?

It's a long way to walk that. What about from the Albert to the ground?

The press would have to be tipped off else it would go unoticed by the yanks
Guest RedandProud Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 It's a long way to walk that. What about from the Albert to the ground? Maybe if we just start from from the Albert, take it for a march around all 4 sides of the ground...and then would a big f*** off conga on the Kop with it be going too far?

Boo, I'm travelling to the Porto game - organise the march for that game. I'll get a taxi to the ground and look out the window of one of the pubs - agreed ? sound !

But as has been said before, more people are around earlier on a Sunday Got to think of the bigger picture sometimes
kop88 Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 (edited) 100% support any protest in backing RafaConstant singing, Rafa-tollah, flags, banners, id even support a bloody mosaic. We just cant sit back and allow this to happen. I dont have to tell you what he's done for us. He is a fan like us, he wouldnt stick around and take this s***, and s*** thats gone on before, if we didnt mean a hell of a lot to him. He has turned down his boyhood club 4times for us! Imagine having to put up with coco the f***in clown every day! His comments yesterday, "I do it for MY SUPPORTERS", tell the story. The man need US now!!Its his darkest hour at the club and lets show him he has every red behind him, the mans a f***ing legend. We cant let him walk through this storm on his own. Big banner down the front of the kop, like the ones RTK made last year, for everyone to see. Needed for the manc game, when these two f***in cowboys are sat, scarf in hand, front row of directors box.LIVERPOOL FC BACKS RAFA- LEGEND I dont know, something along them lines, make sure the two pricks see and hear the message loud and clear . But please, EVERY BODY, back this! If you dont back anything else, just make sure you support this. Because if we sit back, these c***s will bullet him. Its us that can make the differance Edited November 25, 2007 by kop88
Rory Fitzgerald Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 I'm bringng my stars and stripes and a big cowboy hat - yeeeeehaaaarr !
Guest RedandProud Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 So, are we agreed on the idea of the Rafatollah? Probably for the Bolton game. Whoever could get in touch with the relevant people - please do so as quickly as possible if this is to go ahead with the desired effect.
TheLa Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 I'm bringng my stars and stripes and a big cowboy hat - yeeeeehaaaarr ! That's not a bad idea that, let's burn the American flag like all those mad foreigners do when they have one of their mad get togethers. Rafatollah on the go, a few burning American flags and a short walk to the ground. Can't go wrong. At the risk of this being misinterpreted (Which it inevitably will) I am joking and in no way justifying the burning of the American flag, so before you start; f*** off!
David Hodgson Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 It's a long way to walk that. What about from the Albert to the ground? You lazy feck.

IgPig Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Sacrifice a virgin. That'll show the b*****ds we'll not be messed with.
TheLa Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 effigies, we need to get effigies Only about a tenner
Guest RedandProud Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Have e-mailed one of the lads involved with the mast about the possibility of it making an appearance at Bolton - more people will be around to take part pre-game.
ricflairandy Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Guys, this needs to be done. Where are we doing it and how many people have we got.
Guest RedandProud Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Guys, this needs to be done. Where are we doing it and how many people have we got. Initial thoughts are that it is the Bolton game. This idea is still an embryo - I'm awaiting a reply from someone involved in the Rafatollah mast, and then hopefully wheels will start turning and we can organise it properly.
ricflairandy Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 It might be too late. From what im told today, parry has said that whilst it is no way as bad as bascome claims in the news of the world, hicks has issued an ultimatum to rafa and if he doesnt accept it and back down hes gone. Rafa isnt going to back down is he!

Rafa isnt going to back down is he! Well here's hoping he lasts another week - we will have epic Rafa chants at Porto, and hopefully this at Bolton. Whether Rafa is still here next Sunday or not, I'd still like to think this would go ahead as a symbol of gratitude for all he has done for us. Lets face it, he deserves it.
