Is it good for trying to get healthy and or is it fattening?

 

I lost a bit of weight a few years back eating nowt but the stuff, but keep hearing how as it's full of carbs (?) it'll put the beef on you.

 

I know you're supposed to be not use sauce if you wanna be healthy, but it tastes like a***.

 

My girlfriend reckons the tomato-based sauces are okay - it's the creamy, white sauces that are full of fat.

 

Any pasta experts out there??
