Can the infrastructure cope with the ever-increasing population?

 

 

 

Had a chat with a Polish fella this morning who was telling me that the standing joke back home was that they have been awarded the European Footy Championships (I think - was half asleep to be honest) but they won't be ready as all the labourers are over in the UK working on Olympics projects.
