Scammed on Ebay

Firstly, I know how stupid I was.....

 

To cut a long story short....Won an auction for a mobile phone from a guy in Scotland, paid by bank transfer, money hit his account today, user no longer registered on ebay.

 

Do I have any hope of anything back, or have I just spunked away €300?

 

Any thoughts/experiences?
