the problem is that you cant force an atmosphere, it either happens or it doesnt, and trying to create a throwback to the old standing Kop is nonsense too, because there was plenty of games through the 80's were there wasnt a peep out of them either.

Very true, but the Kop was full of OOT's even then. I stopped going in the Kop in the early 80's because the only Scouse accent around me were me mates.

Yep, they're knobheads.

 

They seem to think they're in a win win situation. If an atmosphere like say Brum at home is s***e they trot out the "Well it was s***e in the 70s and 80s so no different to now, we're not miracle workers" "to many daytrippers, dont know the songs", if an atmosphere is good then they take the credit. That whopper on RAWK was claiming credit for the Barca atmosphere last season. Unreal.

 

Seems to me like a group of people who want to sit together and thats the soul purpose of the group while hiding behind the "We're great so if we sit together the atmosphere will be amazing every week" s***e.
