I've downloaded the free AVG stuff - anti-virus and spyware as I believe it is good.

 

However, Norton is still running on my machine and this I assume is one of the reasons it is suddenly a lot slower.

 

How do I remove/uninstall Norton? I've tried the add/remove programmes stuff and it isn't listed in there...
