steak tips in hot pepper sauce, ribs, and jackets.

 

steak had a nice deep heat to it - stayed around a while.. may re-appear tomorrow

 

ribs just fell to pieces - excellent.

 

plenty of bread and salad - all washed down with red wine.

 

additionally I f***ed my knee up twice on the last couple of weeks. had anti inflamitories (SP) to take - not supposed to over do it with alcohol..oh well - I'm feeling no pain...

 

plus the teen actually sat down and was civil... thats scary...

 

anyway bbq is just f***ing great.. love cooking and eating outside...
