Shouldn't this result in a punishment for Newcastle from the FA? Didn't the new UEFA/FA/FIFA/whatever rules state that any racism/religious taunts would be dealt with?

I think it should result in a punishment from the FA and, more importantly, if it isn't already underway, a police investigation.
