Virgin Media deals

Virgin have been on the phone offering an upgrade on the package I have with them. I have tv and broadband with them, but the phone is with BT. The deal they offered me to take the phone with them isn't much better than the standard 3 for £30 deal on their website. Has anybody had any good deals from them recently? If so, how did you get it?
