Changing details on PTS

My mate just rung customer services to change a name on a PTS card and was told he couldn't. However people on here have said they have chnaged names on ST's! Any tips on how to do it? Do you have to use a code word or ask for a certain person??

Ask for Chantelle or Billy. They sorted out the names on my Dad's ST and swapping over my credits between fancards.
